Target Audience: This activity is designed for interprofessional teams, patients, educators, nurses, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, executives, clinical staff, administrators and social workers.

Webinar Description: This webinar will provide the basics of providing opioid free anesthesia and the benefits of this multimodal discipline.

Educational Objectives:

  • Describe basic pharmacology of alternatives to opioids for anesthesia.
  • Identify basics of a multimodal approach to surgical related pain management.
  • Recognize the importance of ultrasound guided regional blocks in opioid free analgesia (OFA).
