Formerly known as the X-waiver training, our Half & Half MOUD Trainings and 8 Hour Live MOUD Trainings have been revised to provide an up-to-date overview of treating opioid use disorder. Our Half and Half Training provides four hours of live training followed by four hours of online self-study. Our 8 Hour Live Training makes use of the same live slide deck but also incorporates our SUD 101 Core Curriculum for a truly customized 8 hour live presentation.
PCSS-MOUD requires that all instructors be approved by our clinical experts prior to leading a training. If an instructor has previously led waiver trainings through PCSS, they are already approved. If an organization wishes to host a training but does not have an approved instructor, PCSS-MOUD can assist in locating one. All requests that require an instructor should be submitted at least two months in advance.
Continuing Education Credits can also be provided for live trainings upon request. All requests for CE must be submitted 8 weeks in advance.
