This roundtable will explore how psychiatric pharmacists factor into MOUD treatment and the ways that they can support both the patients and the health care team. Three pharmacists will be present to provide a discussion and answer your questions.

At the conclusion of this activity participants should be able to:

  • Understand the role psychiatric pharmacists can play in expanding access to quality care for those living with substance use disorders.
  • Describe the benefits the psychiatric pharmacist brings to the healthcare team.
  • Recognize successful models that incorporate the psychiatric pharmacist.
